Sometimes we tend to get caught up in our own lives and forget its quality time that matters. When I say “quality” I mean just enjoy the day, the moments. Put away the cell phone and live in the time with the person. No matter who this “family” is, just have some face time with a loved-one. It’s sure to boost your mood.
A fashion and beauty blog by Sarah and I. We always wanted to do this but never felt like we could. There isn’t that much there now because we’ve only been working on it this week but please feel free to check it out! We’ve been drawing and designing it for days. This may be pretty basic and simple, but it really can help. Writing down a list of all you’re worried about or things you have to get done can help you really tackle the tasks and get stuff done. Once things are written down, you can see what is more important and feel less overwhelmed.
